iBP Blood Pressure
Category: Health Care and Fitness

iBP is a user friendly blood pressure tracking and analysis tool. Your blood pressure values can be easily entered along with your pulse, weight, and notes. Color icons are used to show when values are normal, high, or hypertension allowing you to focus on your status instead of numbers. iBP provides interactive color graphs that allow you to display your values by time frame (week, months, year) and time of day.

  •  Known Issues
    • Sometimes new readings do not appear in the Main view after pressing the Save button on the Add view. Reboot your device by holding down the Home and Sleep buttons until you see a white Apple logo. I have seen this one time and several have mentioned it, but I am unable to recreate it. It usually happens after installing or downloading an update. I believe it is an Apple memory issue and when memory gets low unpredictable things happen. Rebooting you device clears up all the fragmented memory and fixes the problem.
    • I was testing with 1700 readings and noticed that iBP crashes from Low Memory if you try to send all the readings in Full text format. If you have more than 1500 readings, please do not try to send all of them in Full text format until I can find a way to handle it.
    • Please make sure to sync your device with iTunes before downloading any updates. You should do this before updating any application that stores data you entered. There is a problem that rarely occurs where the update will delete the saved data. It has happened to one person using iBP and there are several reports of it happening to other applications on the developer forums.
